About Me...

I'm wearing the white tee-shirt!

I played football on Tucson High School's last state championship team (1971). I served three years in the army.  The GI Bill paid for my college education, helping me earn degrees from Fort Steilacoom Community College, Central Washington State College, and the University of Puget Sound School of Law.

I enjoy living a very quiet and private life, residing with my family, horses, dogs, cats, and fish atop a hill in rural Washington State. For fun I take road trips to explore ghost towns and casinos.

FAVORITE CASINO GAMING STRATEGY:  Blackjack Card Counting.  Ever wonder how to count cards?  It is easy.  Blackjack odds favor the player if a deck is rich with TEN valued cards and ACES.  A deck rich with TWO through SIX valued cards favors the Casino.

Sit at a double deck blackjack table and count the high cards against the low cards.  Ignore cards valued SEVEN through NINE.  As each TEN valued card or ACE is dealt, count one minus point.  As each TWO through SIX card is dealt, count a plus point.  When the count is about plus three or better, raise your bet on the next hand dealt.

For example, if you see a TWO, FIVE, ACE, THREE, SIX, FOUR, and a KING dealt, the count is now "Plus Three."  On the next round dealt, raise your bet from the minimum to an amount you feel comfortable making.  You will win most of the time when the count is positive.  But, do not bust.  Let the dealer bust.

Rent the movie "21" on DVD to complete your gaming education.  Also, buy my "America's Galactic Foreign Legion" books.   You will become rich.

My 2nd favorite gambling strategy is the progressive Craps 'Field' betting described in "AGFL-1 Feeling Lucky."  I raise my field bets until I win, then go back to the original small bets.  The progression is $5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 35, 50, 125, 250, 500.  My goal is to eventually roll 2 or 12 which brings a double payoff (triple in Nevada for 12).  It works.  If you can loose 13 bets in a row, you shouldn't be gambling anyway.

If these strategies do not work, take all your money to the Roulette Wheel, and go ALL IN on red!
